Aluminum Spiral Vane Rigid Centralizer Fixed - DAS03
SledgeHammer's Aluminium Spiral Vane Rigid Centralizer Fixed features are same as the Straight Aluminum Rigid except with spiral vanes. "DAS 03" is made of high tensile, solid, cast aluminum, for shock, impact, and corrosion resistance. Vanes overlap the entire 360-degree open hole circumference. Reduced flow area between the spiral vanes provides a vortex motion for increased fluid velocity. If rotation is required, install without setscrews and position between stop-collars, or between stop-collar and casing collar.
Provides positive standoff between casing and wellbore. Made of softer material than wellhead equipment to avoid damage to the wellhead when running through. If rotation is not required than just tighten up screw on the shown on picture.
Available with left-hand or right-hand vanes in some sizes.
These are available in all sizes ranging from 3 1/2" to 20". Any special sizes can be made available on request.
